Medical plans are offered through UnitedHealthcare. STD and LTD plans will be offered with One America and supplemental life will be available through Western & Southern.

If you opted in for a quote, you will receive an email when plans are ready to be viewed online. Simply verify your eligible employees whose names will already be loaded, choose up to 3 medical plans, set your contribution and click enroll. Yes, it is that easy!
